Filing a Discrimination Complaint

Complaints may be submitted in the following ways:

  • Speak with any staff member or Program Director
  • Contact agency leadership directly:
    • Chief Executive Officer
    • Chief Operations Officer
  • Submit a written complaint through our grievance process

You may also file a complaint directly with the appropriate funding agency.

All complaints will be reviewed promptly and handled in a confidential and respectful manner. Retaliation against any individual who files a complaint is strictly prohibited.
